Lily is a critical part of the Saint John Capital team filling many roles including President and Treasurer. She has been with the company since its founding in 2009 and has tremendous experience in the transportation factoring industry. Lily is a key part of the Saint John Capital Team and has extensive knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures.
Lily fosters a “win-oriented” perspective. This approach emphasizes confidence, determination, focus, and perseverance. She guides her team in developing a clear vision of success, a strategic plan to realize it, and the drive to execute that plan. She also believes that significant achievements are rarely the result of individual effort, but rather the product of a strong team.
Prior to working in the factoring industry, Lily worked at a large-publicly traded-pharmaceutical company for 12 years where her responsibilities included preparing corporate budgets, managing costs and price on the products, and providing detailed performance analysis.
Lily holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of National and World Economy.
