He began working at Saint John Capital while attending college in 2016, where he worked as an administrative assistant in the Risk Management Department. In 2019, he became the Underwriting Department Manager. He is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources, where he focuses on securing new talent, onboarding and training new hires. He is responsible for maintaining the company’s policies and procedures and training staff on any new process improvements as those efficiencies arise. Roy possesses a wealth of knowledge from being the department manager for several departments over the years, which allows him to effectively train new and existing employees in all aspects of the business at Saint John Capital.
Roy was born and raised in Chicago, IL and went to the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he graduated with a BA in psychology with a minor in political science.
